Rob is a co-owner and Director of MPC. Specialising in the healthcare sector for 20 years, previously a Principal at Avison Young and prior to that Aitchison Raffety, Rob helped to lead on the expansion of a primary care focussed team of specialists covering a national remit. Acting on behalf of a wide range of clients including Institutional Funds, REITs, Private Investors, Developers, Housing Associations, Councils, NHS Trusts and GP's. Rob has extensive knowledge and experience in providing advice in respect of valuation, investment, development and lease consultancy across the healthcare sector. Rob is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Associate Member of the RICS, Registered Valuer, Certified Carbon Literate, sits on the Committee of the Primary Care Premises Forum (PCPF) and on RICS Working Groups to provide Information Papers on Medical Premises best practice.

George is a co-owner and Director of MPC. George is an experienced surveyor specialising in the primary healthcare sector. Previously a Director at Avison Young and prior to that Savills, George was a senior member of both healthcare teams acting on behalf of a wide range of clients including Institutional Funds, REITs, Private Investors, Developers, Housing Associations, Councils and NHS Trusts on a national level. George has extensive knowledge and experience in providing advice in respect of valuation, investment, development and professional services consultancy across the sector. George is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Member of the RICS, Registered Valuer and Certified Carbon Literate.

Ben

Ben is a co-owner and Director of MPC. Ben is an experienced surveyor specialising in the alternative sectors including; Education, Day Nurseries, Healthcare, Religious Orders, Community, other Institutional and Charity held properties. Previously a Partner at Gerald Eve, where Ben spent 9 years leading the expansion of agency services within the sectors detailed above nationally. Ben is a specialist agent, with extensive experience in advising on disposals and acquisitions of various assets on behalf of a wide range of clients including; Charities, Institutional Funds, Private Investors, Developers, Religious Orders and Councils. Ben has further experience in valuation, lease consultancy and other advisory services, including providing Designated Adviser (Charities Act) Reports. Ben is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Member of the RICS and Registered Valuer.

Georgina

Georgina is a Director of Lease Consultancy at MPC. Georgina holds impressive experience in lease advisory and valuation having started her career within Local Authority, specialising in rent reviews and lease renewals of government assets. She then moved to Aitchison Raffety, where she spent 6 years focusing on healthcare premises, including GP surgeries, dentists, and pharmacies. Acting on behalf of a wide range of clients including Institutional Funds, Private Investors, Developers, GPs and healthcare occupiers. With a UK remit and experience, Georgina has built strong relationships with District Valuers and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and has a strong understanding of NHS processes. Georgina is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Member of the RICS, Registered Valuer, and Member of the Primary Care Premises Forum (PCPF).

John

John is a shareholder and Consultant to MPC. John has over 45 years experience establishing MPC in 2016. Prior to this he was Chairman and Head of Healthcare at Aitchison Raffety. John is regarded as one of the country’s leading experts on the primary care estate. He was involved with the setup of the MedicX Fund, held the position of non-executive Director for 12 years and had appointed for a period as a Property Consultant to the Board of PHP UK Healthcare REIT. John is a Chartered Surveyor, Fellow of the RICS and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. In addition he is a founding member and Ex-Chairperson of the Primary Care Premises Forum (PCPF) and originally chair of the RICS Working Party that prepared Guidance Note 60 - Valuation of Medical Centres and Surgeries. He is regularly appointed nationally as an Arbitrator, Independent Expert or Expert Witness.

Kate

Kate is a Surveyor in the Lease Consultancy team at MPC, specialising in the primary care healthcare sector. She has over four years’ experience, having previously worked at Primary Health Properties, where she developed strong expertise in property management and lease consultancy. Kate advises a broad client base including REITs, NHS Trusts, private investors, funds and family offices. Her experience spans property management, service charge implementation and lease consultancy across the primary care sector. She is a member of the Primary Care Premises Forum (PCPF), is IOSH certified, and is currently working towards her AssocRICS accreditation.
